1. Who is responsible

This policy explains how Eggspress GmbH handles personal data in connection with the website eggspress.sbs and with enquiries about our farm eggs. The controller is:

We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. Data we process

Emails you send us. When you write to us about eggs, for your household, a restaurant or a grocery store, we process your name, email address, the business you represent if any, and the content of your message.

The enquiry form. The form on our home page checks your entries in your browser only. It does not transmit or store what you type. To reach us, you send your enquiry by email.

Technical data. When you visit the site, the hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, pages requested and browser type in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

3. Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, to discuss and arrange the supply of eggs, and to keep records of orders we agree with customers. Technical data is used only to operate and protect the website.

4. Fonts from Google

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver the fonts, your browser connects to Google servers, which may receive your IP address. Google may process data outside Switzerland. We do not set cookies, use analytics or run advertising trackers on this site.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the website and our email, or where the law requires us to.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting supply arrangement, and afterwards only as long as legal retention duties, such as accounting rules, require.

7. Your rights

8. Changes
